Meet Eva
I was tired of the noise. It felt like every corner of the internet was filled with fitness ‘gurus’ promoting the next miracle diet, often with little more than buzzwords to back it up. I was looking for real answers, but all I found was conflicting advice and scientifically questionable nonsense.
After trying a heap of different diets that were restrictive, unhealthy, and impossible to stick to, I had a real wake-up call: my blood pressure was high. I knew I had to stop chasing quick fixes and find a sensible, sustainable way to get healthy for the long term.
So, I decided to treat my health like a project. I dove into books on behavioural science to understand how to build sustainable habits and routines. I used modern tools like tracking apps to get real data on my calorie intake, and AI to help me sift through nutritional science. My objective was threefold: to understand the science, build a routine that would last, and create a balanced lifestyle that wasn’t restrictive.
As I was building this system for myself, I realized the tools and summaries I was creating could help others on the same path. That’s why I created Fit-Eva. My goal is to build a single, trusted place for no-nonsense, straightforward tools to help you get healthy, all in one place. No silly diets, no quick fixes—just a focus on eating healthy and creating good habits.
